LAZY PANDA offers unique, custom-made products, designed and manufactured according to the customer’s specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products:
Returns and exchanges are not accepted once engraving has been completed. We recommend thoroughly reviewing your design, provided information, and spelling before confirming your order. As each piece is handmade and unique, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur, which is part of the handcrafted process.
Once you place your order:
You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Production time typically ranges from 1 to 3 business days, depending on the volume of orders. If there is any production delay due to exceptional circumstances, we will notify you.
If you notice a typographical error or an issue with the provided image, you must notify us immediately at info@lazypanda.us. If the error is reported before the order is processed, it will be corrected at no additional cost.
If your order has already been processed and the error was caused by the customer, LAZY PANDA will offer 50% off a new order to replace the same piece.
- If the error was made by LAZY PANDA (e.g., a discrepancy between the requested design and the final engraving), we will issue a free replacement, including shipping costs, and you will receive a 25% discount coupon for future purchases.
LAZY PANDA uses third-party shipping services for order deliveries. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, LAZY PANDA is not responsible for delivery times or any delays caused by the carrier. A tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your order’s status. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected during checkout.
As our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind or dissatisfaction with the requested design. Replacements or adjustments will only be made in the cases specified in Section 4.
All content on www.lazypanda.us, including text, images, graphics, and designs, is owned by LAZY PANDA or used under license. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
Additionally, LAZY PANDA reserves the right to use photographs of the final personalized products for promotional and marketing purposes on social media, the website, and other advertising channels. If you do not wish for images of your order to be used for these purposes, please notify us immediately at info@lazypanda.us.
We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, and trusted online payment services. When making a purchase, you guarantee that the payment information provided is accurate and that you have authorization to use it.
All payments must be completed before we begin production of your order. Prices on our website are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
